Carlton Urban Renewal Agency: Budget, Audit and Annual Reports

The City of Carlton begins the process of developing an urban renewal budget for the following fiscal year. Upon the Urban Renewal Budget Committee's approval of a proposed Urban Renewal budget, the process continues to the City Council for an adopted urban renewal budget prior to June 30 each year.
The Carlton Urban Renewal Agency is required to publish an annual report of finances. This report begins the process in January to be approved by the Urban Renewal Agency and then reviewed by City Council.
The Carlton Urban Renewal Agency each year is audited by an independent auditing firm and provided a report that is filed with the State of Oregon.
