Municipal Court Home
The City of Carlton Municipal Court processes citations for Traffic Violations and other Non-Felony Offenses committed within the City. The issuing officer indicates on the bottom of the citation, Carlton Municipal Court, or the Yamhill County Circuit Court.
Carlton Municipal Court is once a month at 3:00 PM. Your appearance date is written in the bottom left-hand corner of the citation.
Municipal Court staff can answer questions about the Violations Bureau, fine amounts and other administrative matters, but cannot give legal advice. If you need legal advice, consult an attorney.
