Municipal Court
Calendar Date:
Municipal Court for the City of Carlton is held once a month at 3:00 PM.
Currently, municipal court is being held at the white modular building located at 945 W Grant Street. The door will unlock at 2:50 PM to begin the check in process. Defendants checking in for arraignments will be seen in the order they appear. Trials will follow arraignments in the order they were scheduled by the court clerk.
Please be aware the failure to appear or pay the fine may result in the suspension of your license and you may also be subject to further legal action and costs.
