Paying Your Citation

Ways a citation can be paid:

1.) In Person at 191 E Main Street, Carlton, OR 97111

Citations can be paid in person during City Hall business hours using cash, check/money order, debit card, or credit card. This can be done any time before, or at your scheduled court date.

2.) Online through the City Website

The City has an online portal that can be used to make citation payments. Prior to making any payments please reach out to the Court Clerk for verification of fine amount, case number, and payment directions.

3.) Via Postal Mail

The Presumptive fine on your citation can be paid with a check or money order made payable to Carlton Municipal Court and mailed to 191 E Main Street, Carlton, OR 9711. Checks must be received by the court before your scheduled court date to avoid late penalties.
