Carlton’s new Civic Center includes a large Community Room that allows flexibility for all community uses. Meetings, parties, fundraisers, reunions- you name it, and the Community Room can accommodate it!

The Community Room can accommodate all of the above. It can hold both large and small gatherings. This room and the multi-function use of it, makes it a welcome addition to the community.
If the room is not being used, Carlton residents are free to use it. We just ask that you check in and out at the front office. The front office staff will let you know when the next user is coming in to use the space. But until then, enjoy the room and the view!

The first step is to call the front office and see if the room is available. If so, the next step is to complete the application. Once completed, you can print and then drop it off back at the front office or email it to City Recorder Aimee Amerson at aamerson [at] ci.carlton.or.us (aamerson[at]ci[dot]carlton[dot]or[dot]us) for review and payment options. Feel free to email Aimee at any time with your questions while completing your application. Your reservation is not complete until the application and fee are returned to the city.
