Flâneur Wines/Madsen Grain Elevator wins the 2020 DEMURO Award for Restoring the Grain Elevator and adding a destination site for the City of Carlton.
The grain elevator has been an integral part of the Carlton and Willamette Valley community for more than 80-125 years. For a decade, the space sat unused in the center of town. Recognizing its potential Flâneur Wines purchased the building in 2013 to be a new wine-centric hospitality center that retains the beauty of the past.
