The Carlton City Council generally holds two regular sessions each month on the first and third Tuesdays at 7:00 PM, just after the work session. Regular sessions are primarily held to receive public comments, hold public hearings, and conduct any action requiring Council approval or adoption (i.e. street closures, minutes, resolutions and ordinances, bid awards, contracts, agreements, purchase authorizations, etc.)
