NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Carlton ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors ("Proposers") to provide assessment, design, procurement support, installation, configuration, documentation, training, warranty, and ongoing support services for an integrated municipal facility technology and security program.
The City of Carlton installed LenelS2 OnGuard access control, Milestone camera systems, and Schlage restricted keyway systems into the Civic Center during its recent construction. The City intends to use the Civic Center as the starting point for a supportable platform and service model that may later be rolled out to other City facilities.
The work may include access control, security system support, camera/video management system support, audiovisual systems, restricted keyway and locksmith services, vendor transition, and long-term maintenance and service support. The City may award one contract for all services, award separate scopes to one or more firms, or reject all proposals when in the public interest.
Procurement Method
Unless otherwise specified, the City anticipates conducting this procurement as a Competitive Sealed Proposal process under Oregon Public Contracting Code (ORS Chapter 279B) and applicable administrative rules.
