NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Carlton ("City") is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms and/or individuals ("Proposers") to provide Contract City Planner services. Services are expected to include current and long-range planning and development review, preparation of staff reports and written findings, public noticing and hearing support for the Planning Commission and City Council, code administration and updates, and related community development planning services as described in Appendix A (Scope of Work). Proposers may also propose optional services (e.g., code compliance support, process improvement, long-range planning support, and other related services) as part of their proposal.
