SDC
SDC's or System Development Charges are charges imposed to new construction or buildings that are requiring new City utility services. There are 5 system charges which are: Water, Sewer, Transportation, Parks and Storm water. To see what the current SDC charges are, please refer to the current City Fee Schedule.
