PUBLIC NOTICE - 12/6/2018 Overnight Roadway Construction on South Pine Street

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that during the overnight the hours of 7:00 PM on Thursday, December 6, 2018, and 5:00 AM on Friday, December 7th, saw cutting, excavation, and roadway construction will occur along the frontage of Flanuer Wines at 126 South Pine Street. Work will continue Monday, December 10th through Friday, December 14th during the same 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM overnight period to install new water and sewer lines to 126 South Pine Street. The construction will directly impact one residential property located at 233 S. Pine Street and the following four commercial properties:

Commercial

• Flanuer Wines (126 S. Pine Street)
• Carlton Veterinary Hospital (230 S. Pine Street)
• Silt Stone Wines (213 S. Pine Street)
• Scott Paul Wines (141 S. Pine Street)

Traffic control measures with signage and flaggers will occur within the work zone during all construction periods.
