Please Recycle your leaves and yard debris!
The City of Carlton does not provide leaf or storm debris clean up services. Please do NOT sweep, blow or rake your leaves into the street. It clogs up storm drains causing flooding which can damage roads and properties.
To get rid of leaves and extra yard debris, contact Recology for a Yard Debris bin, and recycle them! They can be contacted at 503-472-3176.
