Carlton is updating its 20-year Transportation System Plan (TSP), which guides future transportation investments. With limited transportation dollars and the added cost of maintaining every new project, the City must carefully set priorities. Sidewalks are the responsibility of adjacent property owners under City Code, but the TSP helps guide policies and partnerships to support safe, connected routes for all.
