Maintenance of Vegetation
A property owner or renter is responsible for the
maintenance of their property and the adjoining right-of-way.
Below are some of the key codes and rules regarding your responsibility.
Carlton City Ordinance:
Municode 8.12.040 - Vegetation like grass, weeds, blackberries, and other noxious vegetation are limited to a maximum of 10 inches in height.
Municode 17.92.080 - Fences, walls, hedges and vegetation shall conform to clear vision requirements Municode 17.92.070 at intersections.
