NOTICE: Parks Plan Update
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LEGISTLATIVE AMENDMENT (LA 2019-01)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, May 5, at 7:00 pm, the Carlton City Council will hold a public hearing regarding LA 2019-01, to amend the Carlton Comprehensive Plan to update the Parks Plan, including: population projections; existing parks inventory, improvements between 2014 and 2018, and new NRPA standards.
The City Council hearings will be held at City Hall, 191 E. Main Street, Carlton and via teleconference if COVID-19 measures are still in place. Please see Council Agenda for details on how to connect to the teleconference.
Persons wishing to participate in the public hearing may appear in person or by representative at the dates and times listed above. Written comments may be submitted by mail to 191 E. Main St., Carlton, 97111 using the drop box or mailed. Comments can also be emailed to City Manager Dennis Durham at ddurham@ci.carlton.or.us . One week prior to the meeting, a copy of the staff report will be available for inspection at City Hall at no cost, or may be purchased at a reasonable cost.
