PUBLIC NOTICE: Carlton Urban Renewal Agency Annual Report FY18

The Carlton Urban Renewal Agency published the FY 2017-18 annual report which is on file and available to all interested persons at Carlton City Hall, 191 E. Main St. Carlton, OR 97111, and the city’s website at https://www.ci.carlton.or.us/finance/page/carlton-urban-renewal-agency. Please note, this is a notice only and not part of the official annual report.

In FY 2017-18, the Agency received $119,432 in revenue from tax increments. Expenditures were $36,782. The estimated tax revenues for FY 2018-19 are $127,000. The FY 2018-19 budget includes $294,542 in resources and requirements. The estimated impact of carrying out the urban renewal plan on the tax collections for the preceding year for all taxing districts is shown in the table image to the upper right and in the public notice document below.
