The City of Carlton is fortunate to have a dedicated team of professionals looking after our needs relating to water, sanitary sewer, streets, storm water run-off and numerous other public works projects.
Bryan BurnhamBryan has 20 years in the Water, Waste Water industry, he has been The Director of Public Works in Carlton for 15 years. Bryan possesses a Level 3 license in Water treatment, Level 2 in Water Distribution a filtration endorsement and a Backflow inspector’s license. In Waste Water Bryan has a Level 2 in Waste Water Treatment, Level 2 in Waste Water Collection. Other Licenses include: Class B CDL, Public Pesticide Applicators license.
Public Works Director
Lyn has been with Carlton Public Works for ten years as a brief period as summer help he moved into the Parks Maintenance Worker position. Lyn has served on the City Safety committee and is in charge of PW portion of the City wide clean up day.
Licenses include: Pool operator’s license, Certificate of Excavation safety / Competent Person, Flagging Certificate (work zone coordinator), CPR
Parks Maint./Utility Worker
Ian has completed an internship prior to coming to Carlton with the City of West Linn Environmental Services. Ian possesses a degree in Associates of applied science in water and environmental technology from Clackamas Community College. Ian is an operator in training in both Water/Distribution and Waste Water/Collections.
Other Degrees include: Bachelor’s degree in Forestry OSU.
Water Meter Technician
Corey has 3 years in the Water, Waste Water Industry, he was the District Manager for a small water utility prior to coming to Carlton. Corey possesses a degree in Associates of applied science in water and environmental technology From Clackamas Community College. He holds a Level 2 in Water treatment, Level 1 in Water Distribution. Corey has a Level 1 in Waste Water Treatment, Level 1 in Waste Water Collection.
